Finally, it has happened. Since quite a while, many had been waiting to see the title of the new Suriya- Nayantara starrer. This has been titled ‘Ghatikudu’ and it is directed by K S Ravikumar while Udayanidhi Stalin is the producer.

The film was made at a budget of Rs 42 crores and the climax was shot in Kolkata along with 25 specially trained fighters under the supervision of a French stunt coordinator.

The film also marks the comeback of yesteryears beauty B Saroja Devi who would be the mother of Suriya.

The film’s budget has been exorbitant and the schedule at South Africa has been the most expensive. Music is done by Harris Jairaj.
