Senior director Kamal has kicked off the shoots for the latest movie ‘Gaddhama’ at Dubai. The movie will feature Kavya Madhavan as Aswathy, a domestic servant, who is forced to work to the extremes to make the ends meet.

Sreenivasan appears as a social activist named Rassaq Kottekkad who arrives peculiarly into the life of Aswathy. The movie based on a story by journalist K U Iqbal will be scripted by K Gireeshkumar.

‘Gadhhama’ will feature a lot of Arab artistes apart from Biju Menon, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Jaffer Idukky, Murali Krishnan and Sukumari. P V Pradeep produces the movie under the banner of Anitha productions.
