Hrithik Roshan and wife SussanneÂs separation came as a huge shock for everyone. Next, came the news of their divorce alimony. Speculations were rife that Hrithik will be giving Sussanne a whopping amount of 100 crore as alimony settlement. Sussanne, who had been maintaining composed attitude till now, was irked with such piece of gossip.
Saying that she has been very upset with such stories, Sussanne through a statement said that the alimony news is false and itÂs unfair to speculate such things over personal lives of people. "It is unethical to publish false news and speculate on the private relationships of individuals," said Sussanne.
Requesting utmost privacy from media, she went on to add that both she and Hrithik respect each other and their focus will always be on their two children (Hrehaan and Hridhaan). Sussanne stated, "Hrithik and I have always had the deepest respect for one and another. Our primary focus has and will continue to be our two children. I would yet again like to appeal that we are granted our privacy at this critical juncture in our lives."
Hrithik and Sussanne, childhood sweethearts, got married on 20th December 2000 after four years of courtship. Ironically before they celebrated their thirteenth wedding anniversary, the couple got separated this month.
