Every newcomer in Bollywood needs to be launched properly by the producers and directors whom they work with. But in some cases it never happens due to some directors and the producers. It has happened with Sherlyn Chopra.

Shrelyn has recently done a picture with veteran director Vinod Pandey. Vinod Pandey has done couple of movies which are slightly different from other Bollywood movies. In "Red Swastika", Shrelyn has played a lead character and her role was quite appreciated by the people. It is a psycho thriller.

According to Sherlyn she had requested Vinod Pandey to announce her name as Sherlyn Chopra but he adamantly used her name as Menka Chopra. When she asked him about the reason he said that he has some obsession with Menka Chopra, and like Menka was also a seductress.

According to sources, this is not the first time that Vinod Pandey has done this. Earlier he had done something similar with another star Shiney Ahuja in his film "Sins" and didn't do proper publicity for him.

Says Sherlyn, "An actor gives his/her best to the directors and in return they don't get proper launch. The director gives false hopes and plays with their feelings."

Even she has asked Vinod Pandey about the release of "Red Swastik" in multiplexes but Vinod Pandey didn't release it in any of the multiplexes and got it in other theatres. When questioned, he simply blamed the producers and the distributors for not releasing it in multiplexes.

After all this Sherlyn finally has decided not to work with this veteran director anymore. She rather prefers to work with directors who know how to promote the film and who are very aggressive to work with.
