Mollywood seems to be hung around sequels these days. After the announcement of sequels to 'Avalaude Ravukal' and 'Rathinirvedam', now it is the time for political stories. One of the political thrillers ‘Kannur’ is all set to have a sequel soon.

The movie directed by Haridas with Manoj K Jayan and Vani Vishwanath as the protagonists will have a sequel in the title ‘Kannur Veendum’. To be scripted by Robin Thirumala, the movie will have Manoj K Jayan again in the lead character Karivalloor Shivankutty.

Planned to be shot to Delhi, Thiruvananthapuram and of course, ‘Kannur’, the movie will also feature Vijayakumar, Vijayaraghavan, Bheeman Raghu and Mamukkoya. The details about the heroine and other technical crew will be out in a week.
