The seven years of long waiting for producer Shankare Gowda has given him too good response in the first two weeks of ‘Kempegowda’.

In over 150 plus theatres all over Karnataka ‘Kempegowda’ given a share that is slightly more than ‘Jackie, Super and Boss’ of Puneeth Rajakumar, Upendra and Darshan films in the first two weeks.

In all ‘Kempegowda’ collected Rs.8.75 crores in which Rs.6.5 crores in the two weeks is the producer Shankare Gowda share. We have not done much of publicity for the film yet the success has come. I was waiting for it. I was stubborn to get success from this film pointed Shankare Gowda.
