‘Nooru Janmaku’ Rajashri Release

With two average hits ‘Mathad Mathad Mallige’ (3rd best film at the 2007-2008 state award) and ‘Olave Jeevana Lekkachara’ the fond Meshtru of Kannada film circle, Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar the star director’s ‘Nooru Janmaku’ is taken up for release by Rajashri Pictures. The minimum number of theatres in the first week is the method adopted instead of going for many theatres.

Starring Santosh and Aindrita Ray the songs of ‘Nooru Janmaku’ are received well in the market. In around 15 theatres ‘Nooru Janmaku’ is releasing on this Friday and Triveni is the main theatre in Bangalore.

”I would carry the success of my previous films in my head. A certain percentage of family audience might come to my films looking at my work from the days of debut film ‘Undu Hodha Kondu Hodha’. What is important is success of this film which I have very honestly made for producer Vinay Lad in just Rs.2 crores budget. The television and audio rights have already put the producer 50 percent safe and the contents what I have dealt plus the new locations like Star Cruise in Banglok and Macau where 20 plus days of shooting has been done, these are all added attractions with latest technology adopted”, says Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar.

Nagathihalli did not forget to add that alienated actress Aindrita Ray (after slapping incident) in the ‘Srushti’ role has done justice to the role. Santosh waiting from last so many years has done a very good job. Even Sharan who plays the major role has put in great work complimented Nagathihalli.

‘Nooru Janmaku’ has been captured in Super 35 mm three perforations by cameraman Santosh Rai Pathaje is the first of its kind in Kannada. The subject, characters and visuals are on part to the present day standards says Santosh Rai Pathaje.

Doing paltry roles in half a dozen films the youngster with high contacts in the society, Santosh is really looking for some great results from ‘Nooru Janmaku’ his debut as independent hero. He has slogged for nearly four years to get a meaty role in the direction of stupendous director Nagathihalli Chandrashekar. He plays an architectural engineer in the film with female lead Aindrita Ray.

Santosh besides acting in the film as hero has also taken the task of marketing the film. He is not leaving any area to get attention to the film. In the city Railway stations he has made arrangements for the songs display.
