The question was whether the Pongal release for Vishal was to be "Samar" or "Madha Gaja Raja". Seems like we have an answer now!

Thiru's "Samar" with Vishal and Trisha pairing up for the first time is in trouble when an overseas distributor and a Chennai based cine equipment dealer Anand Cine Services filed a case against the team of "Samar" for owing a payment of 1.2 Crores. This movie was already postponed once from Dec 28th to Pongal 2013, and now is being delayed even more due to these financial hurdles as the Tamil Nadu Theater Owners Association has refused to book the film unless the producer gets a clean bill of payment.

"Madha Gaja Raja" will still be in the Pongal releases so no worries for Vishal.
