'Naan Kadavul' for Pongal?

The project started out with tremendous anticipation. After many names were considered for the lead role, director Bala zeroed in on Arya. The project did start off but then many an unfortunate issue plagued the film.

Finally after 302 days of production the filmmakers have finally announced that the shooting of the film is over. The final day of shooting was termed 'patch-up' shoot and took place recently in the AVM Studios in Chennai.

Speculation about 'Naan Kadavul' is that the film might be finally ready to hit theaters during Pongal. Sure would be a big moment for both Arya and Bala.

Bala had earlier directed the film 'Pithamagan' that fetched a National Award for Vikram.
