Sarath Kumar’s ‘The Metro’ alongside actress Bhavana was an average hit in our box-office. The movie is now being dubbed into Tamil to please the actor’s fans in Kollywood and is titled ‘Kaval Thurai,’ meaning police force.

After Sarath’s political win in Tamil Nadu state elections, the dubbing of this movie as ‘Kaval Thurai’ for Kollywood movie buffs, is yet another treat for Sarath’s fans.

A few days back, our ‘Traffic’ impressed renowned actor Kamal Hassan who is remaking the film to suit Kollywood fans. This movie again, seems to have pleased distributors down there.

The movie sees Sarath Kumar as a cop with strict policies and has two other stories, one with actress Bhavana and one with various new faces intertwined with his plot.

Whether the magic of ‘The Metro’ will repeat itself, we’ll have to wait to know...
