Into their 25th year in the industry, Bhatt brothers are in a confession mode. Though Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt have together made countless successful films, there have been a few major disappointments in the last few years as well. Now that things are perking up with their last release 'Murder 2' being a massive success and future films like 'Blood Money', 'Jannat 2' and 'Raaz 3' looking promising, Bhatts are willing to own their mistakes from the past and acknowledge the areas where they went wrong.

"There is nothing wrong in doing that," says Mukesh Bhatt, the 'money man' of the company, "We always do an introspection after every film of ours, whether it is a hit or a flop. You have to always learn from your past. Also, as has been trend with Vishesh Films, we own our failures more than our successes. After all, a film's success should be attributed to it's director and actors while producers should take complete responsibility of flops."

He is obviously referring to films like films like 'Crook', 'Tum Miley' and 'Awarapan', some of their more high profile films, which didn't quite go as per the plan.

"Yes, we went wrong big time in 'Tum Miley'. There were too many flashbacks and flash forwards which didn't go well with the audience. We could have avoided that," says Mukesh Bhatt, "However it's director Kunal Deshmukh is a promising boy and he would bounce back in a major way with 'Jannat 2'; you wait and watch."

We are for sure. While 'Blood Money' releases next Friday, 'Jannat 2' arrives on 4th May.
