"Yes I am a Tamil Porukki"- Kamal Haasan

Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan took part as the Chief Guest in the function to launch the new website for the South Indian Film Cinematographers Association.

While speaking in the event Kamal Haasan gave a sharp retort to the popular BJP leader Subramanian Swamy who has been notoriously calling Tamils as 'Porukki's often.

Kamal said "Someone calls Tamils as Porukki. Yes I am a Tamil Porukki. I make a living here. I did not settle in Delhi like others"

The multi-talented actor has been very actively supporting about the protests of youngsters for protecting their Tamil identity through Jallikattu.
