Asin who is now an important name in the Indian popular cinema will soon reach greater heights with her first multilingual Â19 StepsÂ.
Directed by Bharath Bala and produced by Walt Disney productions, the movie will have her as a martial arts exponent.
"I am now going to learn martial arts for the film which offers me a great chance to portray a character in a script written by the veteran M.T. Vasudevan Nair' said Asin, while she was speaking to reporters in her Home state of Kerala.
Kamal Haasan will play an important role in this film which will also feature the popular Japanese actor Tadanobu Asano.
Kamal Haasan plays the role of an Indian martial arts guru in the movie. The movie tells the tale of a Samurai Warrior who tries to acquire full knowledge in the ancient martial art of Kalaripayattu.
To be made in Tamil, Japanese and English, major portions of the movie will be shot in Kerala.
