The Telugu rights of Suriya-starrer 24 have been acquired by Sresth Movies. Produced by actor Nithiin, this film is being produced in Tamil by Suriya himself.

It was earlier planned to release the film for Pongal. However, things didn't work out and thus the delay. It has now been finalized to release the film on April 14 in both Tamil and Telugu.

Suriya is playing three novel roles in this movie. The musical score is by AR Rahman. The latest look of an evil-looking Suriya seated on a wheel-chair has raised the curiosity around this Vikram Kumar-directed film.

Samantha and Nithya Menen have acted as female leads in the film. Interestingly, our very own Ajay is doing an important role in this film.
