3 Again for Friday!

The beginning of 2014 – January 3rd it was three releases. The numbers continue for this Friday. For Sankranthi eve three Kannada films are releasing. The expected film ‘Ninnindale’ for Pongal of Puneeth Rajakumar and Erica Fernandez in Jayanth Paranji direction is deferred with problems at the Regional Censor Board. The change of Regional Censor Board has disturbed seven films. In that ‘Ninnindale’ was also one among the seven Kannada films. It is delay in getting the censor certificate deferred the film to third week of January.

For 10th of January – Mahasharana Haralayya a devotional film, ‘Nage Bomb’ a full length comedy film and ‘Angaraka’ a film on ‘Ghost and God’ are hitting the silver screen.

1.MAHASHARANA HARALAYYA – Banner – Bhagyodaya Cine Creations – Producers – A Devaraj, Direction – Purushottam, Cinematography – Gauri Venkatesh, Music – Jimmy Raj, Cast – Ramesh Aravind, Sridhar, Ramakrishna, Ramesh Bhat, Raju Dingri, Vikram Udayakumar, Jayalakshmi, Sheela, Sumithra and others.

This is a devotional film with revolutionary reformer Sri Basaveshwara and his devotee Mahasharana Haralayya in the main focus. It is the height of devotion between Sri Basaveshwara and backward class Haralayya. This film is mixed with very melodious songs. For the first time Ramesh Aravind is donning the most powerful historical personality Sri Basaveshwara of 12th Century. His devotee is Sridhar in the role of Haralayya. His devotion is so impeccable that he makes a pair of slippers from the thigh skin for Sri Basaveshwara. The film also takes a look at the lower and upper caste marriage and some pent up frustration too.

2.NAGE BOMB – Producer – Rajesh Ramanath, Direction – Nagendra Urs, Music – Rajesh Ramanath, Cinematography – Kiran and Suresh, Cast – Ravishanker, Anitha Bhat, Sadhu Kokila, Layendra, Anandapriya, Mousami and others.

This is a rip roaring comedy assures director Urs and producer Rajesh Ramanath. A reputed music director turning producer from this film is what interesting development. Rajesh Ramanath has taken care of film making and also marketing in a precise manner. There is no logic but only magic in the film says director Nagendra Urs. Like producer cum music director, it is twin responsibility of direction and editing for Nagendra Urs in the film. It is a start to finish laugh riot on this Friday.

3.ANGARAKA – Producer – Smt Jayasudha Raghavendra, Direction – Srinivas Kaushik, Music – Arjun Janya, Cinematography – BL Babu, Cast – Prajwal Devaraj, Pranitha, Hardika Shetty, Avinash, Muni, Dharma, Veena Venkatesh, Veena Sunder, Chidanand, Sunil, Roopesh and others.

‘Angaraka’ is on the ‘Ghost and God’ – the superstitious belief is the main focus with village and city life. The customs and traditions on one side ‘Angaraka’ director Satish Kaushik bring in love. It takes off from a village. Director Srinivas Kaushik touching up on ‘Adwaitha’ philosophy points to living the life given fully without bothering to superstition.
