'3 Idiots' enter Japan Academy Awards' nomination list

The 2009’s big screen sensational feature ‘3 Idiots’ is in the limelight all over again - courtesy Japan...

‘3 Idiots’, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, reportedly has entered the nomination list of the 37th Japan Academy Awards in the best Outstanding Foreign Language Film category. Starring Aamir Khan, Sharman Joshi, R Madhavan, Kareena Kapoor and Boman Irani in lead, the blockbuster Bollywood film got released in Japan only last year, in June 2013.

‘3 Idiots’ titled as ‘I’m Sure, Go Well’ (for Japan audience), joins popular international films like ‘Captain Phillips’, ‘Django Unchained’, ‘Gravity and Les Miserables’ in the nomination list.

The Japan Academy Awards will take place on March 7 at the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa, Tokyo.
