A prominent ENT surgeon Ram is making his foray in Kollywood with Kattuviriyan.
A native of Thiruchi, he acts opposite Malavika, who is playing a double role in the film - that of a mother and daughter.
Says Ram, ÂIt was not intentional on my part to try my hands in acting. I went to meet director Kalaipuli Sekaran, who was looking out for a hero for his film. He enquired me whether I was interested in acting. When I expressed my desire to act, he immediately assigned me to act opposite Malavika in KattuviriyanÂ.
Ram plays an anti-hero in the movie.
ÂI am happy and at the same time nervous to be act opposite Malavika, who is a seasoned campaigner in Tamil cinemaÂ, adds Ram.
