Aarakshan's release stalled

Prakash Jha's forthcoming social-political drama 'Aarakshan' has attracted fresh problem. According to latest reports, the Madras High Court has brought down a stay on the movie's release.

The stay was brought into effect by a financier Madhu Gupta and CG Photo Ltd owing to unpaid dues by Aarakshan's producer. The loan amount is alleged to be nearly 3.75 crores.

Starring Amitabh Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, Prateik Babbar and Manoj Bajpai in lead, 'Aarakshan' is slated for release on 12th August.
