Ali Zafar, Randeep Hooda and now Shiv Pandit - Aditi Rao Hydari has seen a new co-star opposite her in each of her last three films. What is also special about her male leads is the fact that none of them has been over-exposed to the world of cinema and has come from the outside without belonging to the inner circle of Bollywood.

"As a leading lady, Aditi has not just opted for a new subject and genre each time around, she has also been happy to have those co-stars alongside her who are creating a place for themselves in the industry," says a source, "This is apparent with films like 'London Paris New York', 'Murder 3' and now 'Boss', all of which have been unique in their own way, both from the subject as well as set up perspective."

Though currently she is adopting a wait and watch approach before she picks up her next, Aditi is happy with the way she is sharing a common platform with some like minded youngsters.

"These have all been exciting actors who are doing new things in each of their outings," says Aditi who would be turning 27 later this month, "You feel like being a part of the dynamic change that is coming in the industry."

She is happy to be an outsider who is being accompanied by others from her ilk.

"We all have come from the outside but what binds us together is a similar kind of passion that we carry when it comes to the world of films," she smiles, "In a way it is great fun to be working with people who are in the same position as you. You work together to develop a mutually good comfort level and end up understanding each other. When your approach and excitement towards the work ends up matching, there is bound to be magic on screen."

One looks forward to this magic and more once Aditi and Shiv go beyond their 'Har Kisiko Nahi Milta' moment in Anthony D’Souza directed 'Boss' that releases all over on 16th October with Akshay Kumar leading from the front.
