Ace and talented actor Ajay Devgn is all set to start is second directorial project soon. Sources say that, the first part of 'Shivaay' will begin its shoot in Landour (small town nearby Mussoorie). The cast and crew will then go to Hyderabad and finally to Bulgaria where a major part of the movie will be filmed.

The movie 'Shivaay' revolves around Lord Shiva and his good-bad human elements and how it makes him strong as an individual. This movie will be Ajay Devgn`s second directorial project after the movie 'U ME Aur Hum' that released in the year 2008.

The movie introduces Dilip Kumar's grand-niece Sayesha Saigal in the lead with Ajay Devgn.
