The other day, we reported that Akkineni Akhil's film with Hanu Raghavapudi is on the verge of being officially shelved. Akhil is committed to act in a film produced by a particular banner, while the Andala Rakshasi and KVPG director is obliged to direct for 14 Reels Entertainment.

The respective commitments couldn't be worked out. As a result, Akhil decided to let the project go. Hanu, on his part, went on to find a replacement in A Aa star Nithiin.

The project has been officially finalized. Looks like it went to Nithiin on the recommendation of Akhil, who is the former's close friend. Anyways, Hanu is now lucky enough to deal with an actor who is more experienced than Akhil.
