Akshay Kumar’s breakfast takes charity way

Our Action King Akshay Kumar has come up with a noble idea to help children with special needs.

In association with online marketplace eBay, Akki has organised a charity auction of a breakfast session with himself. This would be as a part of 'Joy of Giving' week and all the proceeds will go to the Research Society for the Care, Treatment and Training of Children In Need of Special Care which works with children and individuals with mental and associated disabilities.

Being encouraging on this, Akshay said, "I want everyone out there who would love breakfast with me to bid on this charity auction. All you have to do is bid and you could be breaking bread with me at the Marriott one Sunday morning."

The auction commenced on Sept 22nd and will end on Sept 29th 2010.
