Amala Paul who is a busy actress in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam film industries recently signed a Telugu film with a relatively less popular hero Havish. When a leading daily newspaper asked about the rationale behind her opting to act with a less known face while leading heroes will be ready to accommodate her in their films the actress had said that she only cares for the script while accepting an offer.

The Nimirndhu Nil actress’s interview was carried in the Newspaper with the title “I don’t care who the hero of my film is” -says actress Amala Paul. This had apparently made people within the industry to feel that it is not quite good for a heroine to speak about heroes like this.

However Amala Paul has resorted to her Twitter page to deny making any such statement about the heroes with whom she has acted. She has also accused the daily newspaper for misinterpreting what she had spoken.
“Wht I said ws I gve first priority to my script, never knew this is the way it's gonna get printed. It's deplorable”

Another tweet posted by her today serves as a request to people working in Media. “It's high time media should stop misinterpreting wht we say.. Bending wht we actually said & breaking the facts are totally unacceptable !!”.
