Amala Paul is the name on the lips of many when queried as to who would make it big in the coming years in the Tamil film industry. The actress who delivered an impressive role in 'Mynaa' has also received good ratings for her recently released 'Deiva Thirumagal' which sees Vikram in a one-of-a-kind role.

The actress is on a career high with many good banners signing her in their films. Amala will be seen opposite Arya in 'Vettai' which is a multi-starrer directed by Lingusamy. Amala will also be seen with Atharva in 'Muppozhudhum Un Karpanaigal.'

When everything has been going good for her in K'town, a film which she did during the beginning for her career with director Samy has brought her some controversies. 'Sindhu Samaveli' (in which upon Samy's insistence Amala Paul who was named Anakha) was re-released in theatres on the same day 'Deiva Thirumagal' released.

The worst part, this film's posters have a sleazy picture of Amala Paul, which the director claims has been morphed; he also expressed that he had no clues on this re-release. Director Samy has had a notorious track record in the industry for his unpleasant trysts with his heroines have resulted in controversies.
