Nadirsha's directorial debut, 'Amar Akbar Anthony' has been wrapped up. The movie is a multi-starrer which has brothers Prithviraj and Indrajith along with Jayasurya playing the title characters. The movie was mainly shot long the pockets of Fort Kochi, depicting the colonies as the background. Namitha Pramod is the female lead in the movie, as a dancer.

Ciematography is by Sujith Vasudev. Music is being composed by Deepak Dev along with the director Nadirsha himself. 'Amar Akbar Anthony' has been being produced by Alvin Anthony and Dr. Zachariah Thomas under the banner of United Global Media Entertainment and Ananya Films.
