Director Ameer, who is busy wrapping up his works with Aadhi Bhagavan is eyeing a Pongal release for him. Speaking recently to the press, he gave an update on the progress of the post production work involved with the film.

‘Currently dubbing, special effects and rerecording works are underway for the film and if my calculation is correct, the final version of the film will be ready by January 2013,’ says Ameer.

Ameer also stated that both Jayam Ravi and Neetu Chandra, the lead pair in Aadhi Bhagavan will be seen very differently in the film. "Ravi might not have felt comfortable with me. But soon, I was comfortable working with Ravi because he never complained even if he got hurt while shooting, he says. About Neetu Chandra, This film will show her in a different light" he said.

Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music for the film and the music is making its rounds on the internet.
