Amit Shah praises Modi's governance

BJP President Amit Shah said transparency was the biggest achievement of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi`s government, while at a press conference in Mumbai. He is a on a 3-day tour of Mumbai ahead of the Presidential polls scheduled for July 17.

The BJP chief went on to note how the Modi government had quickly implemented One Rank One Pension (OROP) in a year and lauded the surgical strikes of last September as well as the demonetization move. The highest praise was when he said that Modi had changed how a PM is perceived, taking a jibe at Manmohan Singh who was the PM during the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government.
