Amitabh in Kannada again?

The doctor of acting Amitabh Bachchan has been foraying into south Indian films off late. His first guest appearance was in 'Amrutha Dhaare' Kannada cinema in the direction of Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar. 'Amrutha Dhaare' starring Ramya and Dhyan did well in the box office.

There is news of Amitabh Bachchan once again in a Kannada film 'Mareyalaare' that stars Pankaj in the lead role. Pankaj son of stalwart director, producer and actor - S Narayan has accepted his first outside banner film. Pankaj has so far acted in Veeru, Chaitrada Chandrma, Cheluvina Chilipili and Dushta.

Shivananda Madashetty who produced 'Police Story-3' that was recently released is taking up 'Mareyalaare' (a film of the same title was launched in the last year) in the direction and cinematography of Selva. This is debut direction for cameraman Selva. There will be no action. There will be reactions, dreams, love and message in the film. 40 days schedule has been planned for the film.

As the concept of 'Mareyalaare' is sure to make national news there is need of the pride of the nation Amitabh Bachchan in the film says producer Shivanand Madashetty.
