More than her acting skills, it is her voice that fetches Andrea more and more offers, one has to say. The actor-singer is now dubbing for Tapasi, the heroine of Dhanush starrer ‘Aadukalam’.

“Since the actress doesn’t know Tamil and the character needs a person who speaks English well, makers of ‘Aadukalam’ approached me for the job. I was busy dubbing for the film and this stopped me from even attending a press meet by ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’ team,” she says.

Andrea, who says she is little disappointed with the limited scope of her role in ‘Aayirathil Ouvan’, is however quick to add she is not going to regret being a part of the film, “Because Selvaraghavan is one of the best directors of Tamil cinema and it was a great learning experience for me on the sets of ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’,” she says.

Saying that she wants to work with Mani Ratnam, the actress adds the other filmmakers she admires a lot are Quentin Torantino and Vishal Bharadwaj. “I am happy that I had already worked under two best directors of Tamil film industry (Goutham Vasudev Menon and Selvaraghavan),” she says.
