The first laxity of this film is wrong casting. The second one is the inaccurate screenplay. The third laborious aspect of this film is its screenplay. The scissors should have been very sharp in the first half of the film `Anjadhiru'. There are so many developments in the second half leaves a strong feeling that it is better if the film is watched only after post interval. While remaking in Kannada from original Tamil film `Anjathey' the need of Karnataka audience should have been kept in mind. Very rude and harsh proceedings are not generally accepted here in Kannada.

Friends turn foe. That is Krupa (Muralidhar) and Sathyamurthy (Prashanth). When the honesty of Krupa fails to earn him the coveted post of Sub Inspector the wanderer and careless Sathyamurthy gets the job of Sub Inspector the friendship meets a lethal blow. Krupa is obviously upset but Sathyamurthy is not ready to break his friendship. Krupa as expected joins the nefarious gang. It is the money of ransom that saves his father in the hospital. Upset for loyalty slipping away from his hands Sathyamurthy takes extreme steps to dole out Krupa from going behind the bars. But it becomes obvious for police to shoot him down for supporting the deadly gang of Loki and Daya (Dwarakish and Adhi Lokesh).

Muralidhar as the disenchanted youngster is promising but it is a heavy role for him in the first film. Prashanth as inspector in the film is misfit. Shuba Punj as lady love of Prashanth good in song portions and she is a tremendous tear jerker. Dwarakish, Adhi Lokesh, Ravi Kaale have done tough roles.

Not even one song remains in the memory after you come out from the theatre. Not even the item song of Suman Ranganath the sizzling queen. Cinematography is impressive. The film also passes some message to the younger generation.
