Actress Anjali had a rough time a few days back owing to her irate relationship with her step mother and director Kalanjium. The actress had alleged that her stepmom and the director had tricked her out of some money and for some time it was also believed the actress went into hiding. However this was believed to be sorted out recently as the actress appeared at a public event along with her step-mother.
The director, who denied all accusations, has filed a defamation case on the actress for inflicting baseless charges on him. The actress was supposed to be present at the court for hearing, however did not turn up, and hence the hearing has been postponed to June 19.
