Another one for Thirumavalavan

Thirumavalavan has been cast as the hero in a movie titled Kalagam. Directed by M Kalanjiyam, Kalanjiyam has opted for Thiruma to play the protagonist.

As the title suggests, the movie has a mass theme. Srikanth Deva scores the music for the movie.

Addressing media persons, Thirumavalavan said, “The movie has an interesting storyline. It has a strong message to convey for the society. It is very different from the regular commercial masala films. I feel cinema is a good medium to propagate values and morals to the people”.

Stunts are by Super Subbarayan and the film is produced by Cheguvara.

The shooting will commence on 15 July and would be shot in Chennai, Ooty and Kodaikanal.
