Regina GalleryActor Naga Chaitanya and director Chandoo Mondeti are working for an untitled project which happens to be the revived version of Malayalam blockbuster Premam. The film has hit the floors early this month and is currently progressing at rapid pace in Visakhapatnam. So far, Anupama Parameswaran and Shruti Haasan have been finalized as the leading ladies while the makers are on the lookout for the third fiddle to Chaitanya.
Speculations were doing rounds that Regina Cassandra has been roped in to play the third leading lady in the film. Denying the news, a source close to the production revealed that Regina was not approached for the project and Aisha Sharma is in contention for the role. If Aisha is not willing to sign the dotted line, then the makers would consider some other actress, adds the source.
