Anushka impresses Akshay, bags Desi Boyz

At last, the lead actress for Akshay’s forthcoming comedy ‘Desi Boyz’ is finalized.

There where speculations of Chitranganda, then Lara’s name was popped but its been heard that date issues has kept Lara away and brought in Anushka Sharma for the role.

A close hand reveals that Akshay suggested Anushka’s name to the debutant director Rohit Dhawan after getting impressed by her performance in ‘Patiala House’.

The shoot will start within couple of months in London. The movie also stars John Abraham and Deepika Padukone.
