Post his striking role in Azhagarsamiyin Kuthirai, actor Appukutty came under spotlight while shooting for Veeram, courtesy Ajith's cam passion. Thala Ajith is known to pursue many a hobbies, all with ardent passion, and his creativity with lens came to forth when he conducted a photoshoot for actors. One of the most outstanding of them all is the collection of Appukutty's photos, with him holding various emotions.

Now it is the turn of Appukutty to return the favour to Ajith, and he has done it with a song. In his upcoming movie Kaakidha Kappal where Appu plays the protagonist, the actor dances to a song that goes 'Amma Appa Kudumbatha Paru'. The best part about this song is that it is an out-and-out Ajith praiser. This song was penned down by Viveka, and is choreographed by Sandy, for Appukutty. Kaagidha Kappal is produced by VA Durai and directed by Sivakumar. With Appu in the lead role, the film also stars Dilija, Power Star Srinivasan, and MS Bhaskar.
