Director A.R.Murugadoss is currently busy shooting for 'Spyder'. the most anticipated Tamil-Telugu bilingual with Mahesh Babu in the lead role.

The Prince of Tollywood will be making his Tamil debut with this film as

'Spyder' is his first direct Tamil film. He has just announced that the film will be releasing in Dussehra (Navaratri) and also confirmed that the First glimpse (teaser) will be released at 5 PM on 31st of May 2017.

The film stars Rakul Preet Singh as female lead. RJ Balaji is playing an important supporting role while SJ Suryah is the lead villain. Harris Jayaraj is providing the music score while Santhosh Narayanan is the cinematographer of this film.

Earlier it was said that 'Spyder' will be released in September now Mahesh Babu's announcement says that the film will come for Dussehra. The Nine day long festival starts on September 30, 2017 which falls on a Saturday. So we can expect 'Spyder' to hit the screens on September 29, 2017.

It is to be noted that the Sivakarthikeyan's 'Velaikkaran' is also scheduled to hit the screens on September 29, 2017.

So the Box Office is heading for a head to head clash between Mahesh Babu and Sivakarthikeyan. if all things go as per the plan.
