Actor Aravind Swamy is all set to make a comeback to Tamil cinema through Kadal. The film directed by his mentor Mani Ratnam has two newcomers in the lead in Gautham Karthik and Thulasi Nair. The actor is apparently thrilled to be back and has expressed his gratitude to fans who have been wishing him.

Aravind appeared in some of Mani Ratnam's biggest hits in Roja and Bombay and will be appearing on screen after a long break.
