That Vasanth is directing a romantic entertainer called 'Moondru Paer Moondru Kaadhal' and Arjun and Cheran are playing the lead roles in it is no more news. The latest talk in the tinsel town is about the third protagonist of the movie.

If sources are to be believed, Vasanth's son, who is currently an assistant to Mani Ratnam, will make his acting debut with 'Moondru Paer Moondru Kaadhal'. "It's a lively role which would position him as a bankable actor," sources in the know say.

Remember it was Vasanth who had directed some of the important movies of Ajith, Vijay and Suriya during their initial days in Kollywood. And he was the one who launched the careers of Simran and Jyothika, the two top heroines of the last decade, in Tamil cinema.

Without denying the development, Vasanth, who is known for quality entertainers like 'Aasai', 'Naerukku Naer', 'Poovellam Kaettupaar', says, "I am planning to introduce some fresh faces in Moondru Paer Moondru Kaadhal. The details will be revealed soon."
