Arun Vijay oozed menace as a ruthless villain in Ajith's 'Yennai Arindhaal'. Now the latest buzz is that he would play a negative role in Kannada top star Shivarajkumar's upcoming venture.

Denying this, however, the 'Malai Malai' and 'Thadayara Thakka' actor says, "I was approached for the film, but it is not a negative character. It is a pivotal role. I am yet to sign on the dotted line."

Arun Vijay is eagerly expecting the release of 'Vaa Deal', in which he has shared the screen space with Karthika Nair of 'Ko' fame. In the film, he plays a carefree youth who undergoes a tough situation in life.
