The 70s Show actor, Ashton Kutcher received a lot of backlash after his insensitive sexist questions about “mansplaining” women in the workplace.

He started a “playful-fun`” thread on LinkedIn about healthy dating at the office environment. It all went well until he dropped this question.

What are the rules for dating at the office? Flirting?,” and “What advice should we be giving to female entrepreneurs?”

The internet lashed on him so bad for his inappropriate choosing of words which directly dictate mansplaining the female counterparts at work environment.

Of course, the women, being strong and assertive tore his entitled-white polished mindset and insisted that if this is what he`s going to start a live video on Facebook, he can simply keep it shut.

Many found this move very insensitive as he didn`t choose to apologize but instead chose to make things worse by dropping “everyone needs space to make mistakes”.

Hmm…no, they don`t!
