The actress has very recently opened an instagram account, and will be seen posting the current happenings of her life and career to stay more connected to her huge fan base.

Says a source, "Asin has a success ratio that very few actresses enjoy, whether it's in South Indian films or Bollywood. In fact the star has been flooded with requests to join social media as her fans want to be updated on the latest in her life and career. "

Confirming the news, says Asin "It was a spontaneous decision to be honest! New year new changes I guess! A lot of people had been asking me to, be it friends or well wishers. So Yesterday, an hour before leaving for my shoot, i just got on instagram. It was as random as that. No team, no plan, no agenda, no announcements, Nothing."
