While Asin travelled to several destinations even while not shooting, she particularly could not get enough of New Zealand. Apparently, when Asin visited the country for the first time for a shoot early in her career, she celebrated the 18th birthday. Since then, the Malayalam beauty has been to the country more than 10 times.
Asin was able to explore the North and Southern parts of the island and was quite impressed with the way the Maori tribes hold their culture in New Zealand. Interestingly, Asin never carries a camera with her while travelling. She believes in the process of clocking pics, we tend to miss out on the actual experience but she brings a souvenir to her house with every trip. How sweet!
