Asin is thrilled at her 'Dasavatharam' getting ready for a release. The actress from the God's Own Country is a name to reckon with in Tamil and Telugu film industry.

Busy flying between Chennai and Mumbai, Asin is setting her foot in Bollywood thanks to the Hindi remake of her Tamil blockbuster 'Ghajini'. The movie is directed by A R Murugadoss and features Aamir Khan opposite her.

When queried as to what her priority now is, Asin says, "I want to do more quality movies. What ever be the language I act, the role that I do in the film should appeal me."

Asked about her experiences in Bollywood, Asin, says, "There is a great respect for South Indian artistes in Mumbai. Vyjayanthimala, Hemamalini and Sridevi were respected a lot. I want to emulate them. I should do a movie like 'Moonram Pirai' in my career."

On Aamir Khan, she says, "I have seen Aamir Khan's 'Rangeela' several times. I was surprised at his talents in 'Lagaan'. Now to share the screen with Aamir Khan is a delight for me."

On 'Dasavatharam', she says, "I play a dual role. One as a Brahmin girl and the other a surprise one. I was fooled several times on the sets. I would be waiting for Kamal Haasan. But he would have been shooting with a makeup which could not be recognized by me'.

" 'Dasavatharam' is an attempt to take Tamil cinema to world audience", she said.
