Malayalam actress Bhavana, who has acted in the Telugu films 'Mahatma' and 'Ontari', reportedly, was last night sexually assaulted in a car by two men. She was returning home from a shoot in Ernakulam district when her car driver Martin abducted her with the help of her ex-driver.
For one hour, the vehicle was not in her control and the two men took it randomly across the town even while they molested her and took her pictures. The ex-driver had been sacked by Bhavana when she learnt that he faced a murder charge. Seemingly, he nursed hatred against Bhavana for sacking him. The actress later employed the new driver, Martin, who was a candidate recommended by the old, accused driver.
After this incident, the antecedents of employees will surely be among the prime concern of celebrities.
