Director Deva Katta has revealed that shooting of Autonagar Surya is almost done. With the completion of two songs, it will be wrapped up. "We shot for 96 days. Used an exposure of 1.58 lakh ft," said the director. He also added that clarity on the release date is awaited.

Produced by K Atchi Reddy, this intense action-romance drama sees Naga Chaitanya in a never-played-before role. Samantha is paired with him.
