After the failure of Dhada and Bejawada, Naga Chaitanya is set to bounce back with a political thriller. In Autonagar Surya, his is more an intense role than an action boy's character of the kind seen in Bejawada.

Trust Deva Katta to unleash a new avatar of the hero, much like Sukumar, another able director, surprised the audience by extracting a mellow acting output from Chai in 100% Love.

The news is that Autonagar Surya is all done but for two songs. The film will be released in November, producer K Athi Reddy informs.

Starring Samantha as the female lead, it chronicles the journey of a selfless, bold youth who can’t stand unwarranted interference of someone trying to dominate Autonagar. His unconditional patriotism towards Autonagar and his bold attitude pull Samantha towards him.
