The pre-release event of 'Baahubali-2' was held Sunday evening at Ramoji Film City. The event was attended by almost all the important members of Team Baahubali. Karan Johar flew from Mumbai, while Nani can be said to be the only star who is unrelated to the movie yet made it to the event.

Here are the high lights of the event:

Raja Koduri of AMD Radeon said, "Two trillion pixels have been generated for this movie. The amount of computer technology used is amazing. Last year there was no technology to create one VR pixel in 10 milli seconds. It was created just for the sake of this film. This is the first time in the world with photo-realistic VR. It will be released in the first week of May. I have met many geniuses in my journey. One of them is Keeravani garu".

Vijayendra Prasad said, "I want to go back to five years, seeing this crowd. Rajamouli told me to write an emotional story for Prabhas. It has to be a story of kings, because Prabhas is a Raju. He also said that he wants strong women characters and also grey characters. Prabhas acted in the film without caring for how much money he can earn. He could have acted in 6-7 films meanwhile. Rajamouli was the driving force behind the perseverance of all those who have worked on the movie. Prasad garu and Shobhu garu spent crores of rupees without worrying about the costs. The industry needs such producers. They are the real heroes of this project. I bow my head to them. They will be legendary like Nagi Reddy garu".

KK Senthil Kumar said, "When I was studying at a film institute, we used to be shown many regional films of different languages, except Telugu movies. Nobody used to talk about Telugu movies. After 'Baahubali', the scenario has changed. Rajamouli garu is not the James Cameron of Tollywood; the latter is the Rajamouli of Hollywood. Prabhas is the biggest star in India. He is bigger than anyone else. 'Baahubali-2' will cross Rs. 1000 Cr. He is such a humble man. Three women have kept me going: Rama garu, Valli garu and my wife. Thanks for their support".

Production Designer Sabu Cyril said, "When I was offered the film, I didn't know what I was getting into. I had worked on a lot of regional films, but I was not sure if I would be able to do this film. Rajamouli's vision convinced me, finally. When we were to Kurnool, a huge number of people turned up to catch a glimpse of Prabhas. It was then that I understood what a superstar he is. Because of Rajamouli's family, we have made Hyderabad our home".

VFX supervisor Kamal Kannan said, "When I signed up for the film, I made a decision that all the technicians have to be on board to make sure things went as per a plan. Senthil Kumar is made for a visual effects-oriented film. He used to fix even a small problem on the sets itself even though he could have done it post-production. It has been an honour to work with Rajamouli since the days of 'Sye'. Vfx never makes a film. It only helps. What makes a film is the script. 'Baahubali-2' is a heart-touching movie".

Rama Rajamouli, one of the two costume designers of the movie, said that Devasena (Anushka) is wearing countless number of sarees in the second edition.

Line Producer MM Srivalli was given a tribute through an Audio-Visual.

Subbu Raju said, "This film has been branded as an Indian film. It's wow. It's not a regional film. Thank you Rajamouli sir, for giving me the opportunity to be part of the film. It has been a lovely journey with Prabhas".

Ramya Krishna, who has played the powerful Sivagami, said, "I am not able to talk after watching the AV on me. No matter how much one talks about 'Baahubali-2', it's not enough. All I have to say is thanks from the bottom of my heart. I thank Rajamouli garu for the role. I thank K Raghavendra Rao garu for introducing me. I haven't in my career seen a director who has the same level of energy for five years during the making of one franchise".

D Suresh Babu described Rajamouli as the best director and Shobhu and Devineni Prasad as the best producers.

Nasser, who has played Bijaladeva in the film, said, "Rarely does one have this kind of happiness. My respects and love to all. I thank the entire team for materializing this great dream into reality. How do rate a film as a big film? By the money spent or money collected? No. I rate a film on the basis of the experience it gives me. The greatest lesson the film has taught me is a value held dear by Indians. It's what a family can do when they are together. It's a benchmark which no director can surpass".

'Kattappa' Sathyaraj said, "Special namaskaram to Rebel Star Prabhas, Rana and Rajamouli garu's fans around the world. After 40 years of my career, after 200 films, except in Tamil Nadu, my name is Kattappa, thanks to this film. Everybody lived their character". He described Prabhas as his 'darling'.

Gunnam Gangaraju said that the movie crossing Rs. 1000 cr is 'kaneesa dharmam'.

'Avanthika' Tamannah Bhatia said, "Wherever I go, they see me as a Telugu girl. Thanks very much for this love. It has been 2 years since the first edition got released. But the excitement among audience is as if it released last Friday. I can only thank Rajamouli garu for giving me this film. It's not just because of the content, but also because of the people. Be it Prabhas, Sweety (Anushka), Senthil Kumar, Sathyaraj garu, Valli garu (she is the soul of 'Baahubali-2') and everybody else. The audience have filled me with so much love that there is nothing left to be said today. I am very lucky to be a part of this film".

Krishnam Raju said, "I am not getting words out of happiness and joy. Vijayendra Prasad garu has been close to us since many years. Keeravani garu was the one who composed the first song in our banner. 'Baahubali-2' has taken the prestige of our industry to global level. Steven Spielberg once refused to
