Balayya is glad that Srimannarayana has been lapped up by "all sections of audience." "Though playing a character of this kind is difficult, I went about doing it confidently because I always keep faith in the audience. I thank Ravi Chavali for making me excel in the role. He is a very sensitive person. He has that Teluguness in him."

"When the music became popular, Srimannarayana was already half successful," he said of Chakri's music.

"I never imagined that Ghatikachalam could write such powerful lines. Isha Chawla and Parvathi Milton have delivered good performances," he said.
