One of the highlights of 'Muppozhudum Un Karpanaigal', a romantic thriller that has hit the screens today, is a new form of fight which was shot for the first time in a Tamil movie. Known as 'Beacon fight', it will thrill the audience, says Elred Kumar, the director.

"When we wanted to choreograph an action sequence in a different manner, we came to know about Beacon fight. It is a unique martial art which requires some extra skills. We decided to use it immediately and Atharva really worked hard," he says.

Happy with the pre-release hype to the movie, Kumar says, "I am a newcomer. My lead players are no popular stars. But still, the film managed to get an amazing opening. It is getting released in over 250 theatres all over Tamil Nadu."

With Atharva and Amala Paul as protagonists, 'Muppozhudum Un Karpanaigal' has music by GV Prakash Kumar. "The music composer's work is hugely appreciated by everyone. I am lucky to work with a very good team," concludes Kumar.
