Bringing together two titans, Disney UTV studio has been writing success in Indian cinema for the past seven years. Much recently, the movie giant entered Tamil industry and there is no turning back. This time, their participation is active right from the beginning of this year. 'Settai' is UTV's first release in Tamil, for the year 2013. What will follow is a comic relief, titled 'Theeyaa Vela Seiyyanum Kumaru'. Directed by the 'Genius of comedy' Sundar C, the movie stars Siddharth, Hansika, 'comedy superstar' Santhanam, Ganesh Venkatraman, RJ Balaji, Boskky, Devadarshini, and many other famous faces. Cinematography is by 'Pizza' fame Gopi Amarnath, music by 'Engayum Eppodhum' Satya and lyrics by Pa Vijay. The music for this movie is expected to be available in stores from April this year.

"After the grand success of 'Kalakalapu' in 2012, we are happy to continue the comedy tradition this year" says G Dhananjayan, Chief - South Business, Studios, Disney UTV. Following the release of 'Theeya Vela Seiyyanum Kumaru' in June 2013, the production house has Gaurav and Vikram Prabhu starrer, 'Sigaram Thodu', lined up for December this year.
